Our products: Every piece is handcrafted 3D layered paper art, made to order. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and part of the character of the work. Product images are representative and finished pieces may vary slightly.

 

Orders and payment: All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Once an order enters production it cannot be changed or cancelled (please see our Return and Refund Policy).

 

Production and shipping: Items are made to order with a standard production time of 2 to 3 weeks before shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by carrier.

 

Intellectual property: All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of The Creative Alchemist and may not be reproduced without permission. If you provide photos or text for a personalized piece, you confirm you have the right to use them.

 

Limitation of liability: Our products are decorative keepsakes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Creative Alchemist is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.

 

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
