How are your pieces made?

Every piece is handcrafted 3D layered paper art, cut and assembled by hand, layer by layer, to create real depth and dimension. Because each one is handmade and made to order, slight variations are natural and part of its character.

How long until my order ships?

Standard production time is 2 to 3 weeks, since each piece is made to order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once it is on its way. Need it sooner? Email us before ordering and we will let you know if a rush is possible.

Can I personalize my piece?

Yes. Add a name, date, or short message in the order notes at checkout. For a fully custom design, email us at thecreativealchemistsd@gmail.com.

What sizes and options are available?

Most pieces come in four sizes (8x10, 11x14, 16x20, and 20x24) with optional LED lighting (no lights, warm white, or color-changing) to bring the layers to life.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
