Shipping policy

All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow a standard production time of 2 to 3 weeks before your piece ships. Rush options may be available for time-sensitive orders, please email us before ordering.

 

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.

 

Shipping rates and delivery: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Once your piece ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the carrier and your location.

 

Order tracking: You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once it is on its way.

 

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at thecreativealchemistsd@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right (see our Return and Refund Policy).
