Refund policy

Every piece from The Creative Alchemist is handcrafted and made to order, so each one is unique to you. Because of this personalized, made-to-order nature, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed pieces.

 

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please email us at thecreativealchemistsd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly repair, replace, or refund the affected item.

 

Order changes and cancellations: To change or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once a piece has entered production, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

 

Lost or delayed shipments: If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please reach out and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
